The Background

PuriCore is a life sciences company headquartered in the USA. PuriCore UK based in Stafford is the leading UK full-service provider of endoscopy decontamination equipment and services to the medical sector.

The Challenge

Appointments was approached by the HR Manager from PuriCore who was trying to recruit a sales administrator. The brief was with another agency but they had not succeeded in coming up with any suitable candidates.

The Result

Within a day of receiving the phone call our consultant had identified 5 pre-registered candidates that fitted the job specification, all of whom had previously been screened and interviewed at our offices. Initially PuriCore chose 3 candidates for interview and these were conducted the following Thursday. Second interviews plus the reconsideration of one of the original candidates put forward resulted in the sales administrator role being filled within a period of 2 weeks.
