If you are coming to visit us we are located on King Street in Newcastle under Lyme, see the map on the left.

You can park on King Street for up to an hour, if you need longer then head to King Street car park by the Borough Arms Hotel, this is £1.25 for up to 2 hours

If you are visiting our offices we are on the ground floor, however there are 4 steps leading to the entrance, if you require assistance or adjustments please contact 01782 338787 and we will be pleased to make alternative arrangements for your visit.

Our offices are open from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
