Permanent “Business Accounts Clerk” position in Crewe.
Our client, an established well-known business in Crewe, are looking to appoint a “Business Accounts Clerk” on a permanent, full time basis.
As an ” Business Accounts Clerk ” duties will include:
- Processing new Business Account customer credit account application forms
- Processing Discount Card customer application forms
- Updating spreadsheets that record all applications received
- Opening and maintaining customer accounts
- Preparing and sending out Welcome Packs (containing account cards) to new Business Account customers
- Activation of Business Account customer store cards
- Card maintenance on customer accounts (including card cancellation and issuing replacement, additional and new cards)
- Opening and distributing Finance department post
- Filing and archiving
- Assisting the Credit Control team with their duties
Skills and knowledge:
- Experience within a finance department would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate including a good knowledge of Excel
- Good attention to detail
Salary: £17,000 – £18,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
