Permanent “Inbound Customer Service Advisor” position in Crewe.
Our client, an established well-known family brand in Crewe, are looking to appointment an Inbound Customer Service Advisor on a permanent, full time basis.
As an “Inbound Customer Service Advisor” duties will include:
- Providing “customer service” and product knowledge to existing customers
- Creating bookings on the system
- Calling customers to provide a reminder for their appointment
- Sending appointment information via email and post
- Sending out booking confirmations
- Working within a team to achieve the team target
- Advising on additional products if what the customer is after is unavailable
- Working within a team and individually
- Ad hoc administration
- Open plan, bright office environment
- Monthly and quarterly incentives
- Pension scheme
Skills and knowledge that is desired but not essential:
- Knowledge of providing customer service
- Knowledge of working to targets and up selling
Salary: £16,500 + bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
