£16500 per annum + Bonus

Permanent “Inbound Customer Service Advisor” position in Crewe.

Our client, an established well-known family brand in Crewe, are looking to appointment an Inbound Customer Service Advisor on a permanent, full time basis.

As an “Inbound Customer Service Advisor” duties will include:

  • Providing “customer service” and product knowledge to existing customers
  • Creating bookings on the system
  • Calling customers to provide a reminder for their appointment
  • Sending appointment information via email and post
  • Sending out booking confirmations
  • Working within a team to achieve the team target
  • Advising on additional products if what the customer is after is unavailable
  • Working within a team and individually
  • Ad hoc administration

Skills and knowledge that is desired but not essential:

  • Knowledge of providing customer service
  • Knowledge of working to targets and up selling

Salary: £16,500 + bonus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
