The Role

As the Social Media Specialist, you’ll be fully responsible for creating engaging and innovative narratives and content that tells the story of this well-known brand in a way that delights users. You’ll be expected to take total control of all social media channels and will be well versed in how to drive the growth of all brands under the company banner.

Always with the customer in mind, you’ll be also be responsible for:

  • Creating content calendars for each brand and channel
  • Work with the regional marketing team to align on locally relevant content and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver on campaigns
  • Manage the daily social media workflow for each brand
  • Work with the content team and external suppliers to ensure all content is planned and created well in advance
  • Come up with creative and innovative new ideas on how to engage customers via social media

The Person

The successful candidate will be experienced in multi-channel social media management, have a real flair for content creation and a full working knowledge of how social media works within the wider marketing context.

You’ll be an excellent communicator and be able to convey new ideas and suggestions on how to enhance the company’s social media content and strategy.

Working alongside Brand and Digital Marketing, the successful candidate will also be preparing and implementing schedules for the various Global campaign requirements.

A relevant degree in a similar subject is ideal, as is a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
