Perm “Telesales Account Manager” position


£16,000 – £17,000 basic per annum DOE and £30,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)


Monday – Friday – Full time – 8.30 – 5.00

Appointments Personnel are representing a leading and well established company in Crewe. Due to continued success they are now looking for a “Telesales Account Manager” to join them on a permanent basis. The client is a growing company and can offer you excellent training and prospects. As a “Telesales Account Manager”, responsibilities will include:

  • Cold calling and referral generation – business to business to identify potential sales opportunities, upsell opportunities and referral leads for their value add services
  • Growing and managing a portfolio of over 200 customers and potential customers
  • Maintain your customer database by actively contacting your customers and ensuring they use their products to potential

Desired skills and Knowledge:

  • Sales experience is not essential just the drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate
