We are recruiting for an exciting and fast-moving online business based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme who are looking for dynamic individuals that can engage with people online.

There are 10 positions for Chat Hosts, along with a Team Leader and Shift Supervisor position.

Our client requires enthusiastic candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) as they are both essential for these roles. You must also be able to produce a high level of accuracy in your work and be customer focused.

Chat Host - £17295

As a Chat Host your main responsibility is to make our chat rooms a fun and entertaining place to be.  You will actively engage with our customers to make sure that everything runs smoothly and everyone enjoys their games.  You are an important part in the team, being the first point of contact, welcoming players, running quizzes and chat games and dealing with player questions; whilst all the time creating a sense of ‘community’ among our customers.  The best Chat Hosts are fun, approachable and easy-to-talk-to people!

Shift Supervisor – £20358

The main purpose of the Shift Supervisor role is to ensure that the operational objectives and targets for the business are met. This is an engaging position which includes acting as first point of contact for all operational issues as well as providing advice and guidance on processes and procedures.   You will be accountable for the managing of shift rotas and chat room allocation to ensure appropriate resource is matched to required service levels.  A confident communicator at all levels, you will be responsible for managing all customer complaints, from escalation through to satisfactory resolution.  The role requires a high degree of initiative and pro-activity to drive team performance and to support the achievement of KPI’s across the operation.

Team Leader - £22k-£24k

All the best teams need good direction.  As a Team Leader, it’s your role to help your team to work together to achieve the best results and how you manage and support our Chat Hosts will be vital to its success.  You will have a positive, customer-focused attitude to work and have the ability to motivate a team. High performance is key to our business and you will play a vital part in delivering the needs and demands of both our internal and external customers.  You will be responsible for managing performance on a daily basis by monitoring and coaching team members to achieve standards and objectives in line with Company goals.
