Appointments consultants pass REC exam with flying colours

Champagne corks have been popping in the Appointments head office this week as we celebrate the long awaited results of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s Certificate in Recruitment Practices REC exam.

The REC’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) enables recruitment consultants to develop the strong foundational knowledge and skills vital to a career in recruitment.

This REC regulated qualification increases the team’s personal effectiveness and expands their knowledge base, adding value to the services they provide to clients and candidates.

The REC is the representative body for individual recruiters and resourcing specialists. We represent over 10,500 individual members who deliver the UK’s recruitment services.

The REC helps recruiters from private, public and in-house sectors demonstrate their commitment to best practice, world-class recruitment standards and the best possible services to clients and candidates.

Recruitment Consultants Hannah, Peter and Charlotte sat the industry recognised REC exam qualification and all passed the examination with flying colours.

As part of their continued professional development, the trio studied hard for many months to build upon their extensive experience to gain the commercial edge necessary to provide an exceptional service and added value to our clients.

Congratulations to all of the consultants and we look forward to seeing your new skills and knowledge being put into practice.
