Account Manager

Are you wanting to join a rapidly growing business to build and manage strong client relationships?

Our well-established client is looking for a confident Account Manager to bring energy to their successful team. You will be responsible for primarily managing the existing client base and working towards the growth of the business.

Salary: £25,000 basic plus generous commission

Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Key responsibilities as an Account Manager:

• Contact and management of existing clients.
• Maintenance and updating of all client information on CRM System.
• Source new customers/clients and introduction of new business when required.
• Build trust and credibility to develop strong working relationships with all key stakeholders and managers in the business.
• Develop, maintain and providing exceptional product knowledge to customers.

Required skills as an Account Manager:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Sales and target driven.
• Ability to develop strong product knowledge.
• IT and computer literate.
