Our client based in Stoke on Trent are looking to recruit an organised Administrator on a permanent basis. You will be integral to the office by supporting them with all administration tasks and ensuring things run smoothly.
£19,000 – £20,000 DOE
8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday
8am – 2.00pm Friday
Key responsibilities as an Administrator include:
- Answer incoming calls to the office
- Archiving files when required
- E-mailing customers with updates
- Entering of data and invoice details onto Excel and Sage packages
- Filing and file system maintenance
- Greeting clients at Reception
- Housekeeping (Making drinks, tidying kitchen area, stock check)
- Dealing with all incoming post and processing it
- Photo copying
- Post outgoing (recording/franking/emails)
- Scanning of documents
Key skills required:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Communication skills
- IT literate
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
