Our client based in Stone, are looking to recruit a Parts Administrator to join their successful and growing team. Being responsible for vehicle job estimates and ordering of parts.

Key responsibilities as a Parts Administrator:

  • Process vehicle estimates
  • Liaising with parts providers to ensure the parts come onto site on time
  • Updating customer reports
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the repairs are completed in a timely manner
  • Deal with any incoming queries related to repairs

Desired skills as a Parts Administrator:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Have worked in a busy and fast paced office environment
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • A passion for cars would be advantageous
