Customer Logistics Co-ordinator

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 with bonus based on company turnover paid quarterly (approx. 5%)

Office hours: Monday – Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 9-4pm

Place of work: Office based every day

Our client is a global distribution specialist with offices in the UK, Ireland and the USA. Due to business growth they are looking for a driven individual who really wants to have a role where they can truly grow and develop.

As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to make a difference in a small team that all have helped make this organisation a global success.

Key responsibilities as a Customer Logistics Co-ordinator:

• Reviewing and responding to supplier open order reports.
• Monitoring orders in transit.
• Maintaining robust systems to ensure effective Customer Service management for all systems.
• Feedbacks process improvements to Line Manager.
• Support Line Manager audit preparation, spot checks, process reviews, files checks, supplier reviews, staff reviews.
• Collects data required to support Line Manager and Financial Manager.

Required skills as a Customer Logistics Co-ordinator:

• Logistics knowledge.
• Competent IT & Analytical skills.
• Confident with Microsoft office, particularly excel and outlook.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.

• 24 days holiday plus bank holidays – 1 day extra accrued for each year served up to a maximum of 28 days (4 accrued).
