Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm 

Our client based in Stoke-on-Trent, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their successful team. Being responsible for orders you will have excellent customer skills and have to ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator

  • Speaking to customers both online and over the phone
  • Processing orders through the system
  • Updating the company website with product information
  • Dealing with any queries from customers about products
  • Resolve any issues related to orders
  • Ensuring the customer is kept updated in relation to their order
  • Occasionally helping at trade shows

Desired skills as a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Ideally will have uploaded information onto a website 
  • Have processed customer orders
  • Organisational skills
  • IT literate
