Customer Support Administrator
Our well-established client based in Newcastle-under-Lyme are looking to recruit a Customer Support Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the operational activities of the Customer Support team ensuring quality customer service and exceeding expectations.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key responsibilities as a Customer Support Administrator:
-To service all existing and potential accounts to ensure effective and efficient delivery to the client base
–Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are addressed in line with company policies and procedures
-To carry out the following tasks accurately; customer care / focus, sales order processing, breakdowns and reparation of quotes
–Ensure the compliance of all company policies and legislative requirements.
-To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the function and the department.
-Manage of of the biggest client accounts to the highest standard.

-Strong understanding of account management
–Excellent communication skills
-High attention to detail
-Ability to organise and prioritise workload
-Computer and IT literate
-Team player with the ability to work independently
