Our client, an Award-winning British manufacturing success story, with ambitious global growth plans. Due to business growth and further investment, we are looking for a highly organised self-starter with extensive knowledge of ERP software to own and manage the integration, maintenance and development of Epicor across the business. This business has a key focus to drive safety and efficiency, and maintaining their high level of business efficiencies, to guarantee outstanding customer service and ensure the smooth-running of the organisation, is crucial!

If you have proven, successful understanding as an ERP Manager, and believe in the power of communication and organisation to implement, develop, run and monitor ERP systems, and resolve issues effectively, then we’d really like to hear from you…

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing the detailed timing and task plans, ensuring delivery objectives are met on time
• Analysing the business processes and linkages to translate them into configuration requirements for the Epicor environment
• Maximising consistency in the business processes in the UK and subsidiaries overseas
• Leading the preparation of data sets, providing a seamless transfer to Epicor
• Setting up, managing and maintaining ongoing end user training
• Identifying and driving business process development, end user support and enhancement testing
• Configuring workbenches and BI reports as required by the business
• Solving resourcing and process related problems

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven success as an ERP Manager, in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
• Display extensive attention to detail with vast time management abilities
• Be a strong decision maker with a results-driven approach to work
• Evidence self-motivation, along with the ability to manage and motivate others
