Pay Rate: £9.65 per hour
Work Type: Full time
Location: Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent
Working Hours: Rotating shifts
Week 1: 6am-2pm
Week 2: 2pm-10pm
Your opportunity to join a team in a successful, established company providing based at the heart of Stoke on Trent.
As a Fettler/Sponger, your duties will include:
- To fettle (when required) and sponge the edges of the items to the required quality standard
- To monitor machine sponges conducting resistance checks to satisfy the lifetime edge chip warranty
- To hand sponge items when required
- Record loss
- Disposal of non-conforming product appropriately
- To comply with all Health and Safety Regulations and Company policies and to always ensure that the work area is clean, tidy and safe.
