Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their successful and growing team in Stoke on rent on a permanent basis. Ensuring you provide a robust administration function to the team in an efficient and timely manner as part of your daily responsibility is essential. Within this role you will need to provide support to senior colleagues with various tasks to ensure smooth running of the team and for their clients.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE

Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving and acting on instructions from account managers following client meetings
• Preparing client files and documentation for account managers meetings
• Preparing and processing new business in an accurate and timely matter
• Liaising with clients and product providers on outstanding documents and queries
• Processing pension documentation
• Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems
• General record keeping and electronic filing
• Taking meeting notes
• Dealing with 3^rd party companies in relation to financial products

Required skills

• Previous administration experience within financial services is essential
• Knowledge of financial products including pensions
• Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales
• Ability to work on own initiative
