Our client based in Walsall are currently looking to recruit a permanent HR Administrator who will support the HR department with their administration. It’s an exciting time to join the HR team as they are going through continuous growth.

Key responsibilities of a HR Administrator:

  • Helping with the onboarding of new starters
  • Administer all HR documents
  • Supporting with recruitment
  • Produce standard letters and confirm salaries etc
  • Record all employee sickness
  • Support with HR queries
  • Run HR reports
  • Update all HR records of any colleague changes

Required skills as a HR Administrator:

  • You will have worked within HR
  • Have excellent administration skills
  • Communication skills
  • Able to build lasting relationships
  • Organised
  • Attention to detail
