Our client is a successful and growing manufacturer based in Uttoxeter. They are currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor who ideally will be qualified to at least CIPD Level 3. You will provide a full range of HR services to the business, including payroll and implementing shift patterns.
Salary: £32,000 p/a
Key responsibilities as a HR Advisor:
- Dealing with any HR queries from employees and managers
- Complete timesheets and payroll
- Complete reporting on employees performance and attendance
- Deal with any payroll queries
- Deal with any employee grievances
- Interview potential employees
- Produce all new starter contracts and inductions
- Return to work meetings
- Continually review employee incentive and benefit structure
Required skills as a HR Advisor:
- Ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 3
- Have worked in a similar HR role
- Experience with payroll
- Good knowledge of employee benefits
- Organisational skills
- Able to manage conflict
