Our client is a successful and growing manufacturer based in Uttoxeter. They are currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor who ideally will be qualified to at least CIPD Level 3. You will provide a full range of HR services to the business, including payroll and implementing shift patterns.

Salary: £32,000 p/a

Key responsibilities as a HR Advisor:

• Dealing with any HR queries from employees and managers
• Complete timesheets and payroll
• Complete reporting on employees performance and attendance
• Deal with any payroll queries
• Deal with any employee grievances
• Interview potential employees
• Produce all new starter contracts and inductions
• Return to work meetings
• Continually review employee incentive and benefit structure

Required skills as a HR Advisor:

• Ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 3
• Have worked in a similar HR role
• Experience with payroll
• Good knowledge of employee benefits
• Organisational skills
• Able to manage conflict
