Are you a HR Manager looking for a new challenge? Are you CIPD qualified? Are you able to commit to a 6-month fixed term role?

Our successful manufacturing client based in Newcastle under Lyme are looking for a HR Manager on a 6-month interim contract. You will oversee a HR Advisor and work closely with stakeholders to ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed.  

£40,000 – £45,000 pro rata DOE 

As a HR Manager you will:

• Have strong in employee relations – which includes Absence Management, Performance Management, Grievances, Disciplinaries so someone who understands HR policies and procedures and can support/coach managers in the application of these policies and procedures
• Provide high quality support and guidance on recruitment
• Work with HR systems
• Induction of new starters
• Assist with the Learning and Development requirements of the organisation
• Have processed Bonuses
• Will be responsible for putting together HR letters as required
• You will thoroughly understand Employment Law
• Have undertaken Organisational Change projects
• Can work on your own as well as a team
• Be trustworthy and respect organisational structure and business culture– Maintaining Confidentiality
