A little bit about this Accounts Administrator role:

• Code and post invoices in Sage
• Ensure authorised invoices before payment
• Log daily sales, report to management
• Raise invoices/payment requests, meet monthly deadlines
• Complete customer application spreadsheets
• Manage retention accounts, arrange release
• Reconcile supplier accounts
• File subcontractor returns to HMRC
• Manage quarterly VAT return
• Maintain filing systems, databases
• Process orders and manage stock
• Handle phone and email queries

To be successful in this Accounts Administrator role, you will possess the following skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Sage and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail
• Quick learner with new software
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Independent worker with effective task prioritisation
• Understanding of invoicing and payment processes
