Are you looking for a change of career and to further your administration skills?

Our successful fleet client are looking for your administrative abilities and strong communication skills to support the Asset and Procurement team.

Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Contract type: Permanent

Key responsibilities as a Procurement Administrator:

  • Prepare Costing sheet for quoting purposes.
  • Requesting supplier quotes.
  • Adding new vehicles to Key2 and making sure Final Delivery Schedules are signed, received and stored securely.
  • Raising customer contracts and order documents.
  • Ensuring Vehicle Maintenance Files are created and all documents are received.

Required skills as a Procurement Administrator:

  • Understanding of working within an administration role.
  • Strong IT and computer skills.
  • Ability to build good working relationships.
  • Good time management and organisation skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
