Our client, an Award-winning British manufacturing success story, with ambitious global growth plans. Due to business growth they are looking to appoint a process driven Production Planning Coordinator. We are looking for a Production Planning Coordinator with the ability to support with the planning and daily management of the production schedules. You will be a huge part of our continued success, ensuring the smooth-running of the organisation.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning and daily management of the production schedules
• Communicating with the customer service team and expediting requests
• Assisting with the coordination of the warehouse stock
• Working closely with the purchasing team, ensuring that on site materials are readily available
• Collecting and analysing production data
• Completing the purchasing of tools and equipment
• Assisting quality control, raising Corrective Action Reports where required

The successful candidate will:

• Good understanding in administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
• Display extensive attention to detail with vast time management abilities
• Evidence motivation and the ability to work well within a team
• Hold strong IT skills
