As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be working closely with your consultant and supporting them in a wide range of recruitment tasks. Your day will be varied and will include sourcing candidates from our database, job boards and LinkedIn. Speaking to candidates about job roles, interviewing candidates and keeping our candidate database up to date. You will also act as a sales support and co-ordinator for your recruitment consultant which will involve passing leads, typing CVSs and co-ordinating interviews.

This is a fast-paced varied role and requires someone who can demonstrate an excellent customer service background and go that extra mile for their team.

You will need to be IT literate, have excellent verbal and written skills, experience in a sales environment would be advantageous

Confidence and Communication are essential for this role, you really must be someone who is a high achiever, can work to tight deadlines and under pressure as well have strong organisation skills.
