Job Title: Sliphouse Operative

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £9.78 per hour plus £56 attendance bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Friday 8am to 3pm (40.5 hrs)

Contract: Temporary – Permanent

Our well-established client based in Stoke-on-Trent are looking to recruit a Sliphouse Operative to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities as a Sliphouse Operative:

• Ensuring products are produced efficiently following instructions from Production Managers.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
• Liaising with all levels within a business.
• Helping with the manufacturing process to produce the relevant products.
• Adhering to health and safety procedures and policies when operating machinery.
• Working with a team to achieve efficient distribution processes.
• Complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Reporting to the Production Managers.
