The role of Managing Recruitment Consultant is not one for the faint hearted, you will be expected to generate revenue and manage a small recruitment team in your niche as well as being responsible for your own billings. Day to day tasks will include team reviews, client management, pitching for new business and having full responsibility for your teams kpi’s and revenue targets.

This role will suit you if you are:
A Senior Manager/Managing Consultant in Recruitment
Someone who exceeds your targets consistently
Able to prove experience of generating New Business and the full recruitment cycle (360)
And have a proven track record Recruitment
Proactive, and have excellent Man management experience
