Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Stoke-on-Trent

£19000 to £21,000 plus bonus package

Appointments are a Staffordshire based recruitment company who have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the recruitment industry. Our team is small but perfectly formed and we are now looking for bright, driven, ambitious graduates to become Trainee Recruitment Consultants and join our 2022 training programme. Recruitment is in our DNA, and we cannot wait to share our knowledge with you.

The role is not for the faint hearted graduate, you will need to have a degree or equivalent qualification to meet our programme criteria. You will be trained in the full recruitment cycle which will mean a lot of business development, we don’t just mean cold calling, we mean research and marketing. Each day will be different but is likely to include talking to candidates, interviewing, supporting your recruitment consultant and lots of research.

You will learn to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Deliver candidate and client satisfaction through excellent customer service
Be able to attract talent to exciting job roles
Source candidates through several innovative methods
Build and manage long term relationships
Work towards sales targets and kpi’s

To be successful in this role you must be commercially aware, driven, confident and IT literate and have an interest in people. If you have a marketing, business degree or similar, then that’s great, or even if you have 2 years sales experience and you think you fit our profile then please apply.
