Account Manager – Stoke on Trent

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE
Working Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Flexible on hours from 8am.

You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit team of seven who are passionate about what they do. This is a fully office-based position where your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and “go the extra mile” attitude will truly shine.

What you’ll be doing:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for looking after client relationships and ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing client accounts and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
• Overseeing projects from design authorisation through to delivery and installation
• Preparing quotations and ensuring pricing accuracy
• Coordinating installations and liaising with suppliers as needed
• Using ERP and CRM systems to manage workflow and client data
• Providing excellent customer service — keeping clients updated throughout and delivering aftercare following completion
• Working closely with the remote New Business Sales team (no cold leads!)

• Previous experience in a similar Account Management or Project Management role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
