We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in accounts administration or bookkeeping who enjoys working in a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with processing invoices and purchase ledger transactions.

Post journals and maintain accurate financial records.

Support payroll, credit control, and supplier payment processes.

Reconcile accounts and resolve queries with internal teams and external suppliers.

Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and financial documentation.

Assist with month-end and year-end reporting as required.

Provide ad hoc support to the wider finance team.
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Strong communication skills, able to liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Experience with accounting software is desirable but not essential.
