We are looking for a proactive and resilient Administrator to join a busy, office-based team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to work in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
The Role:

Heavily telephone-based, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Arranging and coordinating scheduled deliveries and collections.

Liaising with external partners to confirm availability, timings, and resolve scheduling challenges.

Supporting customers with booking requests, updates, returns, and issue resolution.

Managing situations where timelines change, ensuring customers are kept informed and solutions are found.

Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems and ensuring all updates are logged correctly.
This role requires someone confident on the phone, able to manage difficult conversations professionally, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or administration role (open to all industries).

Strong telephone manner and ability to handle challenging conversations calmly and professionally.

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Confident IT user (Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems).

Proactive, resilient, and able to multitask under pressure.

Must hold a full driving licence.
