What you’ll be doing as a Administrator:
- Coordinating the hire of all equipment
- Processing daily jobs for drivers and engineers
- Sending out invoices and test certificates to customers
- Making sure all equipment is tested by the warehouse before dispatch
- Arranging collection of equipment from customers
- Uploading quotes to Xero
- Checking over equipment when it is returned
- Listing equipment for testing
- Communicating with drivers daily
- Ensuring payments are received before equipment is hired out
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with customers, drivers, and engineers
- Accuracy and attention to detail when processing paperwork and payments
- Familiarity with Xero or similar systems would be beneficial, though training can be provided
