Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality engineered products and is looking to recruit an experienced Production Assembly Operative to join their growing production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for assembling products to a high standard, ensuring quality, safety and production targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products in line with engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Complete full product builds while meeting quality and production deadlines.
• Interpret and work from mechanical engineering drawings.
• Kit and prepare components ready for assembly.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow 5S principles to ensure a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to maintaining high standards.
