We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused UK B2B Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in B2B sales or account management who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering sales growth, and promoting both products and value-add services across the UK market.

Sales & Account Management

Manage and grow existing B2B accounts through proactive outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms.

Respond to inbound customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

Promote the full range of products, accessories, and value-add services (VAS) including grading, custom packaging, and pre-configuration.

Negotiate pricing, upsell product ranges, and build orders to maximise revenue.

Monitor and drive customer sales performance against agreed KPIs.

Promote digital sales tools to enhance customer engagement.

Conduct customer visits and represent the company at UK exhibitions and industry events.
Business Development

Identify, win, and onboard new B2B business opportunities across the UK.

Conduct market research and due diligence on prospective customers.

Present bespoke commercial offers, including accessory and VAS bundles tailored to customer needs.

Champion the brand across all interactions with prospective customers and partners.
Team & Communication

Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.

Sales Operations & Administration

Develop tailored customer profiles and commercial proposals using market and CRM insights.

Support forecasting, sales reporting, and preparation of deal packs.

Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate with customers regarding shipments.

Process sales orders accurately, raise job cards, and liaise with Warehouse and Purchasing teams as required.

Essential:

Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in technology or consumer electronics.

Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling accessories and/or value-add services highly desirable.

Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and relationship management experience.

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Full UK driving licence preferred.
