B2B Order Processor

We are looking for a detail-focused and organised UK B2B Order Processor to join our Business Support team and help ensure seamless order fulfilment for our customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills, who enjoys working accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

A little bit about the role

  • Accurately process daily sales orders using ERP and CRM systems.

  • Record additional services such as kitting or job cards against orders.

  • Track shipments and delivery status using courier platforms.

  • Maintain clear and concise system notes for all customer interactions.

  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external order-related queries.

  • Respond professionally to courier issues and resolve customer queries via phone and email.

  • Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order progress and delivery.

  • Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to improving team processes.

  • Support colleagues during absences or peak periods with a flexible, team-oriented approach.

  • Undertake ad hoc tasks to support team and business priorities, including Front Desk duties.

Essential:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a small team.

  • Proactive, positive, and willing to learn with a can-do attitude.

  • GCSE Grade 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

  • Confident using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM/ERP systems.

  • Previous experience in order processing or administrative support is advantageous.

  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
