We are looking for an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Business Administrator to provide key support to HR and the Partners within a fast-moving and dynamic business. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on structure, compliance, and process ownership, and who takes pride in keeping people-related activity running smoothly behind the scenes.

A little bit about the role

HR & People Support

  • Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, documentation, systems, and records.

  • Maintain accurate HR data and personnel files in line with GDPR requirements.

  • Support HR processes such as absence management, performance tracking, training cycles, and policy updates.

  • Track key HR and people-related deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up with managers and Partners.

Partner & Leadership Support

  • Support the Partners by keeping people and governance activity on track using structured trackers and clear follow-up actions.

  • Prepare people review documentation and capture actions and decisions from meetings.

Systems & Process Control

  • Own and maintain people-related and administrative systems and processes.

  • Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and record keeping.

  • Use technology and digital tools, including meeting transcription software, to produce clear summaries and action lists.

General Administration

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

  • Maintain clear, accessible filing systems and documentation.

  • Support HR and wider business projects as required.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in business administration or a similar role.

  • Experience supporting HR activities and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Structured, process-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong IT skills and confidence using systems and digital tools.

  • Clear communication skills with high levels of integrity and discretion.
