Your Role

You’ll take the lead in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, while nurturing long-term relationships within the construction, manufacturing, and design sectors. This role offers the chance to work across premium projects and contribute directly to business expansion and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy

  • Build relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals

  • Own the lead generation process, including referral building and direct outreach

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to close

  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

  • Provide market insights to help shape future growth strategies


About You

We’re looking for a confident, proactive individual with a proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or design sectors.

You’ll bring:
