CAD / Project Coordinator

Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities

As a CAD / Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Producing drawings using 2D AutoCAD
• Preparing parts lists and quotations within deadlines
• Assisting with the procurement of materials at competitive prices
• Preparing and maintaining documentation including O&M manuals
• Supporting client queries, building strong relationships and trust
• Liaising with customers, sales managers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitoring commercial trends and feeding back to the business
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety policies

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A general understanding of engineering principles
• Competence with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD LT
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• A flexible, proactive, and self-motivated approach
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset

It would also be a bonus if you have:

• Mechanical engineering experience
• Industry knowledge of pumps, pipework, or valves
• Experience reading engineering drawings
