CNC Operative
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (early finish Friday at 4:00pm)
£12.85 per hour | Temporary to Permanent

We’re looking for a CNC Operative to join a well-established, friendly team in Stoke-on-Trent. Whether you’re an experienced CNC Machine Operator or have transferable skills from a similar setting, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What you’ll be doing as a CNC Operative:
- Operating CNC machinery to prepare products for manufacture
- Performing safety checks and adhering to health and safety standards
- Setting up machinery before production runs
- Conducting stock checks and inventory maintenance
- Carrying out quality inspections on finished products
- Supporting warehouse operations and product dispatch
- Working independently and as part of a close-knit team
