A little bit about the role:

• Operate CNC machinery under supervision to support production.

• Monitor machines during operation and report any issues to supervisors.

• Carry out basic quality checks to ensure finished products meet requirements.

• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines at all times.

• Assist with general production duties as required.

• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or machine operator role (CNC experience desirable but not essential).

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly.

• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Flexible approach to working hours and tasks.

• Understanding of basic health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
