Contracts Administrator
Location: Northwich
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be central to managing workflows, supporting engineers, and maintaining clear communication between departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Contracts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and validating customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate
- Raising work orders and preparing job packs within internal systems
- Tracking order progress through manufacturing and keeping stakeholders informed
- Liaising with production teams regarding timelines and material availability
- Scheduling and coordinating field engineers’ workloads efficiently
- Preparing job sheets, installation packs, and supporting documentation
- Planning site visits based on project readiness and customer availability
- Communicating changes, delays, and priorities to engineers and internal teams
- Supporting project documentation, procurement, and milestone tracking
- Maintaining accurate project and contract records
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving queries
- Ensuring engineers have the correct health and safety documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile
This Contracts Administrator position would suit someone with:
- Experience in an administrative, scheduling, or coordination role
- A background in engineering, manufacturing, or construction (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
