Key Responsibilities
As a CRM Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining and improving the organisation’s CRM and digital systems. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing the CRM system, including user accounts, permissions, and profiles.
- Maintaining data integrity — identifying duplicates, cleaning records, and ensuring consistent data standards.
- Creating and managing dashboards and reports to deliver meaningful insights across departments.
- Building simple automations and workflows to streamline key processes.
- Producing user-friendly guides and training materials to support staff.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new users.
- Working with colleagues to identify improvements, integrations, and new CRM features.
- Acting as the first point of contact for CRM queries and coordinating with IT support as needed.
- Managing IT user setup, licences, and device allocation for new starters.
- Maintaining an accurate asset register and supporting digital events with basic tech setup.
- Promoting best practices in digital security and supporting awareness campaigns.
