Key Responsibilities
As CRM Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and manage email and SMS lifecycle campaigns
- Build and optimise lead nurture journeys to improve conversion
- Reactivate dormant contacts through targeted CRM activity
- Align CRM strategy with Sales objectives and revenue targets
- Analyse campaign performance and use insight to refine future plans
- Work alongside external digital partners where required
- Create engaging, purpose-led messaging that balances empathy with performance
- Take full ownership of CRM planning, delivery, and optimisation
This is a hands-on CRM Marketing Manager position where you will shape the entire communication journey and directly influence commercial success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed as CRM Marketing Manager, you’ll have:
- Proven experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is highly desirable)
- A solid understanding of lead nurture and behaviour-led marketing strategies
- Confidence collaborating closely with Sales and operational teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent copywriting skills and a customer-first mindset
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently
- A positive, driven personality who contributes well within a small, agile team
