Customer and Office Coordinator – Newcastle under Lyme – Operations & Customer Service

Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy helping customers while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? Our client is looking for a Customer and Office Coordinator to support their busy office and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, and being a central part of a friendly, supportive team.

Location: Newcastle under Lyme
Working Pattern: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Salary: £14.50–£18.00 per hour DOE
Sector: Operations & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer and Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, social media, and online reviews professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate pre- and post-installation checks, follow-ups, and satisfaction calls
  • Manage returns, deliveries, and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain office systems, health & safety records, and compliance documentation
  • Support invoicing and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations
  • Help create a positive, welcoming office environment and assist with team activities

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience providing excellent customer service across multiple channels
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing tasks independently and prioritising workload
  • Good IT skills
