Customer Service (12 Month Contract)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team for a 12 month Contract. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer orders are managed and delivered on time.

You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting business growth through excellent service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Proactively communicate with customers, providing updates on orders and addressing any issues
  • Process and monitor customer orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
