We’re looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join a growing team where you’ll play a key role in supporting sales, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring everything from order processing to aftercare runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will:
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Research and reach out to new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer documentation.
- Maintain internal systems with customer and order details.
- Support the sales team with reports, presentations, and data.
- Handle incoming calls and proactively make outbound calls to build customer connections.
- Provide updates on delivery dates, resolve queries, and maintain service standards.
- Assist with credit control, order approvals, and issuing credit notes.
- Coordinate meetings and support diary management for the sales team.
- Carry out general office administration and support cross-team communication.
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this Customer Services Administrator role, you will bring:
- Confident communication and telephone skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong administration and data entry experience with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to outbound calling, lead generation, and identifying opportunities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, sales support, or a similar role.
- The ability to work to targets and deadlines with a strong team focus.
