Customer Service Adminsitrator

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join a busy and growing team. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional service across various platforms.

A little bit about the role

  • Deliver professional front-line customer service across multiple channels and platforms

  • Handle customer returns and shipment queries, liaising with couriers and the Returns Department

  • Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams to resolve product and order-related queries

  • Work closely with the eBay Specialist to manage replacements, refunds, and aftercare efficiently

  • Maintain and distribute reports and spreadsheets, including the Config Planner and delivery schedules

  • Support online sales and merchandising activities, such as order processing, product reviews, and stock updates

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback by resolving issues promptly and proactively

  • Assist with new product listings across all platforms, including descriptions, specifications, and imagery

  • Support the Purchasing team by raising purchase orders daily

  • Coordinate Buy-Back orders with B2B customers, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of systems, products, and company processes

  • Assist colleagues and provide cover when required to maintain team productivity

Getting to Know You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service or sales support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines

  • Confident IT user with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems

  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to dual-site responsibilities
