Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Keep accurate records of all communications and updates
- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication
- Progress orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and support customers effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, polite, and able to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritise workload
- Comfortable using product information to support customers effectively
