This is a brilliant opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator looking to play a key role in delivering exceptional service across a wide range of clients. Based in modern offices in Staffordshire, this full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and direct customer engagement—with the occasional site visit to keep things interesting.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you’ll ensure smooth service delivery from start to finish:

  • Manage service coordination across a variety of client sectors.
  • Schedule engineers efficiently by location and availability.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure site access and correct documentation (e.g. RAMS, quotes) are in place.
  • Confirm all required parts are available before scheduling work.
  • Raise sales orders, purchase requests, and demands using internal systems.
  • Manage service contracts, renewals, and ensure client portals are up to date.
  • Provide administrative support including document production, meeting room bookings, call handling, and travel/accommodation arrangements.
  • Support service review meetings and ensure accurate contract invoicing.

Ideal Candidate:

You’ll be a strong communicator and natural organiser who thrives in customer-facing roles:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or coordination role is essential.
  • Able to manage competing priorities, with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with internal business systems such as SAP or Sage is desirable.
  • An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration (or working toward) is beneficial.
  • A full clean driving licence is preferred (occasional travel may be required).
