Customer Service Coordinator (Parts)

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join a busy UK Service team within a growing specialist manufacturing business.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers and service partners, coordinating service enquiries, parts requests and technical issues from initial contact through to resolution.

Working closely with Technical Support, Engineering, Parts, Warranty, Production and other teams, you’ll make sure customers receive a professional, responsive service and that issues are progressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer service enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Log, track and proactively progress service cases.
  • Keep customers and internal teams updated on progress and actions required.
  • Process technical requests and customer parts orders.
  • Coordinate onsite technician visits with service partners and internal teams.
  • Liaise with Technical Support, Engineering, Parts, Warranty and Production to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate information across CRM and service management systems.
  • Monitor outstanding cases and ensure agreed timescales are met.
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues, delays or process improvements.
  • Assist with service reporting, administration and performance monitoring.
  • Support service improvement projects and documentation.

  • Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and priorities.
  • Proactive in following up outstanding actions.
  • IT literate and confident using CRM or service management systems.
  • A strong team player who enjoys working across different departments.
  • Good at identifying problems and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Experienced in customer service, service coordination, administration, engineering support or a similar environment.
