We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a friendly and fast-paced team. A little bit about the role:

• Provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of clients via phone and email.
• Accurately process customer orders using internal systems, ensuring all information is entered correctly and efficiently.
• Proactively manage queries and resolve issues to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Liaise with customers regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery arrangements.
• Support with order checks, transport invoice verification, and daily reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent service levels and cover shared responsibilities.
• Follow company processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high standards of customer care.

• Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional approach.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Positive, proactive, and solution-focused, with a “can-do” attitude.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or order management systems is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or operations (any sector) is highly desirable.
